RASAM POWDER


Ingredients :

  1. KUNDU MILAGAI VATTHAL - 750 gms
  2. DHANIA - 500 gms
  3. VARALI MANJAL - 50 gms
  4. TOOR DHAL - 3/4 TUMBLER
  5. MILAGU - 3/4 TUMBLER
  6. KADALAI PARUPPU - 3/4 TUMBLER
  7. JEERAGAM - 3/4 TUMBLER
  8. VENDHAYAM - 1/2 TUMBLER
  9. ULUNDU - 1/2 TUMBLER
** Measure in a normal sized tumbler

Method :
  • Dry all the above ingredients in hot sun.
  • Grind them finely in a flour mill.
  • Store it in a dry place.
This powder can also be used to prepare kuzhambu.
